This is a great toy hauler. The insulated skirt will keep pipes from freezing in the lowest of temperatures, and cut your propane bill in half in the cold months. The air conditioning is ice cold as well. Very nice 5th wheel. This can make a great hunting trailer as well as a travel/vacation home away from home. This was a pet-free, smoke-free RV. Very roomy layout.
