The RV is in excellent condition. All systems and equipment fully operable. It's been garage kept, never smoked in, and no pets inside. I have the Title in-hand.

Selling because we just bought a new Aliner Ranger 12 so we can take our relatives with us when they visit. Otherwise we would keep this one.
