This 37-foot-long travel trailer is the perfect choice for families with a bunk house that has 3 beds and a bi-fold sofa, plus a dinette that converts to a bed. The adults will appreciate the 2 heated massaging recliners in the living space, a tiled backsplash in the kitchen, and plenty of storage, including a large panty. Even the dogs will be spoiled with their own food and water drawer.

The master bedroom has its own entrance and an upgraded residential queen mattress. One of our favorite features is the huge walk-through bathroom. Sliding doors between all the rooms make for nice privacy in this spacious camper.

You can also enjoy entertaining others at your campsite with the large outdoor kitchen. It is so convenient to stay outside while grabbing drinks or cooking meals (microwave and two burner stove, along with additional grill and grill mount).

If you live somewhere warm, you’ll be cool and comfortable with TWO factory air conditioners and if you live in cooler temps, the 4-seasons protection package which includes laminated insulated walls and a heated underbelly will keep you toasty warm. Slide toppers and MaxxAir Vent covers help keep your trailer protected.

This trailer has been well-loved by our family and has some wear and tear. It is currently inspected, and all components are fully functional with the exception of the awning which needs a new motor.

The tires and the battery were replaced in 2021. 50amp electric cable included. It comes with a TST Tire Pressure Monitoring System and Equalizer E-4 Weight Distribution Hitch.
