Ready to go anywhere, just serviced, transmission serviced last fall, tires are 4 years old, and each wheel has a balance master disc so no wheel weights or balancing. Aqua hot was serviced March 2022. The original 180 watt solar panel is dedicated to the 2 chassis batteries, there are (6) 200 watt panels for a total of 1200 watts dedicated to the house batteries. Coach has been stored inside heated building. Coach has heated floors, dishwasher, unlimited hot water, 1/2 bath, power cord reel, power water reel, remote holding tank read out, outside refrigerator/freezer, basement tray storage, outside tv, fireplace, 2 extra dining chairs, coffee table, keyless entry. I have kept this unit in excellent service and it has a recent 3 coats of ceramic wax. I have owned it for 5 years.
