Extremely clean, excellent shape. This unit was used on two trips and basically brand new. Our family priorities changed with the arrival of some new grand babies, hence the sale. There are no defects or issues with this trailer and it has been stored inside since we purchased it new in 2021. The ramp has the "porch package" and vinyl curtain for extra floor space during your stays. The dinnette folds up to make room for the storage of your toys. There is also a moveable bunk about the dinette for another sleeping option. Ceiling fan in the living area, microwave, stove/oven, and fridge all work as designed. Onan generator with about one hour on it has been exercised regularly and runs great. Stabilizer jacks on front and back of the trailer. Large roll up canopy is in excellent condition
