This destination trailer has lots of amenities including an upstairs bedroom and loft. It sleeps 6 and has 3 slideouts (opposing main living area slides and a bedroom slide), a very nice open floor plan, with 2 A/Cs and room for a 3rd. Kitchen Highlights: residential French-door refrigerator with freezer, 1 pantries, and a closet with a washer/dryer already hooked up, 3-burner stove with folding glass cover, microwave and 12-volt ceiling fan. The kitchen island has a farmhouse sink with cover, spring faucet, built-in soap dispenser, and lots of storage. Living/Dining Highlights: jackknife sofa that folds out into bed, 2 recliners with storage above, free-standing dining table & 3 chairs, a beautiful entertainment center, fireplace, LED interior lights & zebra shades on the windows for privacy. Loft Highlights: The loft/bedroom area is complete with 2 teddy bear mats for a good night sleep and storage cabinets. The loft area is great for those extra items, or just a great place for the kids to play games. Bathroom Highlights: toilet, sink, vanity, mirrored medicine cabinet, shower with molded seat, and an exhaust fan. Bedroom Highlights: King bed in a slideout, wardrobe closet, linen closet, TV hook-up, USB charging ports, reading lights, and private exterior door. Outdoor highlights: TV Mount, sliding glass door, large folding entry door grab handle, outside shower with hot and cold water. 10 gallon gas/electric DSI water heater,30# LP bottles with cover, black tank flush, & more! We also have a custom made skirt that helps keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winer.
Power awning was damaged in a storm unfortunately. It still opens but has a tear in it and the arm is a bit bent. I will send pictures if you would like to see it.
