This RV is 36' long, 8' wide and 13' high. It has 3 slide outs, 1 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room/kitchen area. The kitchen also has the sink in an island when both slides are out and a residential refrigerator. The bedroom has a queen size bed, nice size closet and a washer/dryer combo. The fresh water capacity is 79 gallons. There are 2 grey water holding tanks with an 80 gallon capacity and the black holding tank capacity is 40 gallons. There are 2 14 gallon propane tanks. The is plenty of storage area underneath with access from both sides and another storage area whic is accessed in the front under the bedroom. The living room has a large flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. The bedroom also has a flat screen TV.
We also have a 2016 Ford F250 diesel king cab, long bed pickup available if you need a tow vehicle. We will sell the 5th wheel without the truck, but will not sell the truck without the 5th wheel.
