Spacious Artic 4-season Camper allows you to camp all year round! We are the original (non-smokers) owners of this beautiful spacious camper that was used for only one season while we were waiting for our house to be finished. Camper still has the "brand new" smell! Kitchen has full size refrigerator, island with sink, and plenty of storage. Electric fireplace, bluetooth stero, and 40" television (cable ready). Microwave has a convection oven. Living room has two recliner chairs with heat, cup holders, and lights. Kitchen table turns into bed with additonal storage. AC Unit in kitchen.
The best part of this camper is that the kids bedroom is at the opposite end from the master bedroom! Kids bedroom has a slide out, 2 bunk beds, and a pull out couch. Built in dresser that is prepped for a television. Picure does not show the bunk above the couch (as we removed it) but we have it and it has never been used.
Master bedroom has his/her closets, storage above and below bed, 32" wall mounted televison and another closet that has washer/dryer hook ups (washer/dryer not included). Master bedroom has its own AC Unit as well.
Bathroom has vanity with mirror as well as cabinets above toilet for additonal storage. Stand up shower/no tub.
Camper has vinyl flooring thoughout with small amount of stain resistant carpet.
Camper comes with two propane tanks, outside speakers/lighting, television hookup, outdoor kitchen compelte with refrigerator, two burner pull out gas stove, and sink with running water. Picture does not show the outdoor refrigerator but we do have it and it has never been used. Camper also comes with a spare tire.
