This is the F28RKS Titanium model. Have owned this since new, purchased fall of 2019, pre-covid. The Titanium models are the fully loaded, top of the line. It is a four season unit, and is wired for solar panels. Included is a Renogy 100w portable solar unit, and a Progressive Industries 50 amp EMS.
Some other nice features are the six hydraulic auto leveling jacks, black tank flush, 80 gallons of fresh water, separate grey water tanks for bathroom and kitchen, 10 gallon water heater (both propane and 110v). This unit is wired for 50 amp service. It had ducted air conditioning, and an electric heating "fireplace". TV is less than a month old LG smart TV.
If you know anything about this manufacturer, the factory is located in LaGrande Oregon, and very few are passed to dealerships beyond Orergon.
There are no issues with the unit, and a few items have been upgraded (for example a smart "shunt" added to monitor batteries via bluetooth, rear bumper BBQ mount and propane quick connect, snap pads on all "legs", bluetooth propane tank sensors, ROKU soundbar).
I'll include the B&W Patriot hitch, rated at 18,000 lbs., and a Renogy 100 watt portable solar kit, three fresh water hoses, various lengths, about every conceivable power adapter, wheel covers, air conditioner cover, pex plumbing repair kit, black tank rinse hose, portable electric heaters, a roll of Eternabond tape, rechargeable Shark vacuum, Fantastic Fan thermal "pillows", wireless refrigerator/freezer monitor, wireless back up camera monitor screen.
I'm selling it because it's too big for just myself.
