I got her in September, 2009 from Vogt RV in Ft Worth, TX. It had 11,000 miles. They had bought it at auction in Phoenix. The original owner was in Pennsylvania. I was able to track him down and he assured me the rig was in excellent condition.
And he was right.
I can't believe I've had her for almost 14 years! Time sure flys. I'm now 77 and have had some medical issues so it is time for us to find something else to do.
I've had the annual engine and generator maintenance done religiously and have all the records to prove it. I've never been down on the side of the road or even in an RV park. Sure, there have been things to wear out or stop working properly. A house on wheels will have issues as any experienced RV'er knows.

Carpet showing it's age
Paint Chipped in front from rocks, etc
Dent at rear Driver Side (DS)
Mud flap has dents.
Compass on rear view mirror not always accurate
Drivers side window leaks in heavy rain (while parked)
Ice Maker works but no longer will discharge thru door.
Rear camera screen has a spot, far right
Rear Camera in rare instances, upon starting, does not come on. Simply stop engine and restarting cures.
Radio no longer works.
Never used CB
Slight discoloration on counter near stove top. Dish cloth got too close to the burner.
The two scones lights behind sofa on passenger side not working.
One of the overhead lights at passenger side sofa not working.
Closet door handle broken
