5500 kw Onan with 34 hours, 3rd ac installed, shed kept, no tears in furniture, multiple large storage areas. Has tailgate to lower and use for storage or push a button and bed raises up and it is large enough for golf cart with roof, atvs, motorcycles or just lots storage for cookers, bikes etc.

Three axles makes pulling it smooth and easy. Have a flat on one side then just pull that tire off and go on the other 5 to tire shop. (Had that happen) Light enough to pull with 3/4 ton. 13.060 dry weight. Tires are 3 years old with less than 3000 miles on them. Full size household stainless refregirator with ice maker. Large microwave. Never been lived in. We are part time users. Two large awnings with lights that cover almost whole side of trailer.

Fold down aluminum steps added with hand rail. Two tv, living room and bedroom, outside tv mount on side for 3rd tv.

No lein so I have the clear title to transfer at time of sale.

3rd ac has its own power cord that is 30 amp so you plug it and your 50 amp plug in and all 3 ac will run at same time. Not just two run and the fan on the 3rd one as most units are with 3rd ac run into your 50 amp plug.

Winterize package, ceiling fans, fireplace, both couchs pull out to beds that we never used.
