Description

We have been everywhere we wanted to go in this RV and now it's your turn! The Ford V10 6.8L Triton engine gets you anywhere and easily pulls a tow vehicle. The dashboard features AM/FM radio with a disc player, power-controlled mirrors, a generator, and a rear camera with a screen. The living area has a sink, counter, stove, range, refrigerator/freezer, couch, eating area, sink, private toilet, and shower. Automatic hydraulic leveling jacks, air conditioning, heating, and lots of storage. 12' x 18" slide expands the living area when parked.

The vehicle runs great and all mechanical items function. A mechanic inspected the brakes at 35,000 miles and deemed them in good shape. Oil changes were maintained properly and only Ford Motorcraft brand oil and filters were used. Moving parts were lubricated regularly. The exterior walls were buffed and waxed last fall. The tires are original, in good shape, and have always been maintained. The roof is fiberglass.

Extras include:

  • Sumo Springs on Front End (Sumo Springs are made from a micro-cellular polyurethane. The springs are designed to remove road sway, hop, and vibration. The two critical benefits of SumoSprings are no maintenance and the airless air springs increase of overall driver control and ride comfort when towing.)
  • Custom-made sheepskin seat covers on driver and passenger seats (comfortable seat covers that keep you warm in the cold weather and cool in the hot weather.) The original seats are in good shape.
  • Air and temperature monitoring system on all tires ensures your safety.
  • Blue Ox Tow Bar, Blue Ox Brake system model BRK2012, and connector power cable to tow vehicle.
  • Full-size winter storage cover
  • TV has a built-in DVD player.
  • Water & sewer hoses.
  • HD 220V Extension cord and voltage adapter plugs.
  • The dining area seat cushions have been updated.
  • Good Sam Rand McNally RV GPS is updated and included.
Disclosures:
  • The driver’s side first storage panel door has a crease in it. The storage door operates just fine and the damage was caused when the driver forgot he had parked next to a low wooden railing. (Lesson learned: ALWAYS take a walk around the vehicle after any stop and insure that you do not have any obstructions.)
  • The couch is structurally in good shape but the “leather” finish is beginning to wear off on the seat.
  • The awning fabric is beginning to develop pinholes.
  • The passenger side of the bumper had a ding in it that has been touched up.
