This is one of my very favorite floor plans. My partner and I kept renting this same RV model once a year and we decided to buy one instead. We are no longer living in the states so our loss is your gain.

Every single component on this RV works:
Electric and propane water heating
Ducted AC throughout the trailer
Heating
Propane/electric fridge
TV, radio and indoor/outdoor speakers
Huge awning
Queen bed in the back with attached bathroom, shower, toilette with a private door that separates the bathroom from the living area. I hate those trailers with a bathroom in the back, this one you just jump from the bed to go do your thing without disturbing anyone else staying in the trailer.
Dinnette table turns into a bed and there's a sofa next to it that folds into a bed as well.
3 bunk beds in the back as well as another sofa bed that folkds into a bed. 10 can easily sleep in it if you like.
Stove/oven/microwave
Tons of storage throughout.
50 amps and Ill include a 30amp converter. It works great at 30 amps.

My very favorite feature: an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave. You don't need to walk in to grab a cold one!

It is a super sturdy toungue pull. I've driven in high winds with zero issues!

I own a motorhome rental company, this was never on our rental fleet but we maintained it ourselves with our stellar crew, hence why everything works great.
This is our personal travel toy.
