One family owned, always kept clean. Normal wear but better then you would expect. It's a lightweight model so I'm able to tow it with an Infinity QX80. Easy to tow and hook up. We used it about 30 times. Awning newly replaced. No major issues. May need new tires, the dvd player doesn't work great and may need to be replaced (if you still own DVDs). Couch leather is peeling. Other then that, I'm pretty great shape. Comes with TV, built in microwave, bbq, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, built in electric fireplace, radio indoor/outdoor speakers. Plenty of storage. AC works great. Kitchen is beautiful. Bathroom has ample room. Comes with everything you need. Layout works great for small families!
