2004 Monaco Signature (2005 Conquest III floorplan) This unit is built on a Roadmaster Chassis with a tag axle and 45,000 +/- miles. It has a Series 60, 515HP Detroit engine. Engine runs great, is pre-DEF era and does not have any visible leaks and has not used any oil. It has a 6 speed Allison automatic transmission. All fluids and filters were changed/serviced since 7/2021 within the last 1500 miles. The coach is equipped with a 12.5 KW Diesel ONAN generator (Cummins), runs and provides electric perfectly, it does not leak any fluids or use any oil.

Outside: Unit has 3 slides with toppers, 21'ft electric awning, electric window awnings, 50AMP 4-wire electric service with Hughes Surge protection and Trace SW series inverter/charger, and 3 rooftop 13,500 btu AC units, 2 with heat pumps, TOYO tires and 10 airbags new in 2021, locking basement pass thru storage compartments and factory trailer hitch. Coach has a HWH Air leveling system. Heating and hot water are also provided by AquaHot diesel furnace.

Inside: The Coach has a 2005 Conquest III floorplan. It has beautiful Cherry cabinets, leather captains' chairs and couch, tile floor with accented carpet in LR and carpeted BR. BR has a Queen bed platform with under bed storage with a safe (mattress is not included), has a vanity in the BR, lots of storage with a Splendide washer/dryer combo. Bedroom also has accented ceiling with specialty lighting. The unit has a glass shower with the toilet and a vanity in a separate room. The main area contains a beautiful kitchen with 2 burner LP stove,microwave/convection oven, a F&P dishwasher and a 4 door refrigerator with icemaker (LP & electric). Unit has a dinette with extra table leafs and 4 chairs with televator TV.
