I have owned this sundowner 2286 pro grade toy hauler since July off 2022. I took it on a couple of trips and winterized it. It has 22' garage and 22' living area with 3 axles. Pulls very well and rides smoothly behind my dually pickup. Cold air conditioning in the living area and wired for a rear but has not been installed. Wired for 50 amp but only need 30 amp to operate. the only reason I'm selling is to buy a house. Any questions please feel free to ask
