This is an almost NEW travel trailer purchased in late January of 2023. It was used for 6 weeks by our son for a remote work location and he is now changing jobs. This trailer comes with a queen bed, and is designed for two people. It is a 4 season trailer with an enclosed heated underbelly. It also has an roof mounted air conditioner. Hitch, sway bars, stabilizer blocks, water/sewer hoses, basic kitchen (pots and pans and utensils) are included.

This trailer is designed to be pulled by 1/2 ton trucks and some larger SUV's. The trailer maximum weight is 6,995 and unloaded it weighs 5,125.

The trailer warranty is good until January of 2024 on the bumper to bumper warranty and can be registered with Grand Design upon ownership.
