Bought this beautiful camper new in 2021. Used it while I was working in Georgia. Needs a new awning but the price reflects that. Everything works great. Just had the annual cleaning done and the black tack flushed. The only reason we are selling is because we are downsizing. I don't NEED to sell, want to so please don't come lowballing.
