It is used and has some minor scratches on the walls. There is a tear in the vinyl floor, which was glued back down, but noticeable. The electric awning works, but is damaged, the arms have a slight curve to them. A gust of wind / dust devil caught us by surprise and almost ripped it off. Since it is still usable, we never replaced it, but it is also noticeably damaged / bent. I'm sure there are other minor blemishes I'm not remembering that someone looking to buy would notice and point out. The current asking price reflects the time and costs for these repairs.

I still owe money on it so I do not currently have the title.
