Great family trailer. Weighing in at just over 6000 lbs. fully loaded, it can easily be towed with a 1/2-ton truck. Inside features a Murphy bed, two bunkbeds which fit an adult and a dinette that converts into a bed for sleeping capacity of 6. Appliances include three burner stove, microwave, fridge, freezer and a 30 inch smart TV. All appliances are in great working condition. Central heating and air keeps you comfortable no matter what the outside temperature is. Frameless windows and bonded slide out walls help keep the temperature at a steady level. Outdoor shower allows for rinse off after family hikes or a day at the beach helping keep the inside of the trailer clean. Outside gas line provides options for grill connection to cook for the whole family. The trailer is equipped with Glacier Package and can be used year-round.

Included in the price are the following: Trailer, 2” Weight Balancing / Sway Bar hitch configured for a RAM 1500 (this can be adjusted by any RV dealership), leveling blocks, wheel chalks, 2 hitch locks, bumper mounted backup camera, tire pressure monitoring system, rear bumper hitch received for bike rack or storage tray, wheel covers, everything needed for electrical, water and sewer hookup and if requested all kitchen and other essentials needed for a trip, small washing machine and any spare parts and accessories that I have (water hoses, RV Antifreeze, etc).

Couple issues to note with the unit: Back ladder is dented. It was that way when we purchased it. Having climbed it many times it shows no signs of failure. The plastic electric jack cover needs to be replaced however it does not affect the functionality of the jack. On the inside of the slide out, there was patch work done on the wood. This was completed before we purchased the trailer. The rail by the front door will need to be tightened and possibly replaced in the future.
