Purchased new in 2021. Used 2 summer seasons - 12 months total. This camper still smells new! Very well taken care of. We had it taken in fall of 2022 to have all the seals, roof, everything checked over for a clean bill of health. Breaks my heart to be selling this beautiful camper as I looked forever to find "just the right one" but life changes, and things happen. I did take the time, and added window film to all the windows to darken them for shade, and less light intrusion with such large windows. This also upgraded the privacy as well. If you're at a lake, or have a great view, this camper is a must! The beautiful large windows make you feel like you're outside. The camper also offers a central vac, which is so helpful. There will be a full kitchen (dishes, etc) to go with this beauty. Everything to park and setup the camper, along with a 50 amp surge protecter.
