All five (5) tires are Transeagle ST235/80R16 Steel ST Radials G load rated (DOT date stamped 3920) w/ approx. 4000 miles (like new), Wheel bearings repacked and brakes checked May 2021, Hydraulic lift fluid drained and replaced Oct 2020, New water pump April 2022, Water heater gas regulator replaced Aug 2021, Professional waxed June 2020, Oct 2021 & Oct 2022. Roof cleaned and treated every six months with Camco RV Rubber Roof cleaner and protectant, black holding tank treated with Happy Camper RV holding tank treatment after every dump, All tank valves treated with Thetford RV drain valve lubricant every two months when traveling, Rubber seals around slides cleaned and then treated with silicone spray every six months. Slide out tracks lubricated every six months, Hot water tank flushed weekly when traveling.
