Living area has three seatbelts on the sofa and three more back in the dining area. Sofa and dining table both convert to beds, sleeping two apiece. The sofa folds flat and has an air mattress; the dining area cushions reconfigure into a bed.

Kitchen: three burner stove, microwave/convection oven, fridge.

Cabover area has a storage/entertainment area. Larger TV up front; small one in the back sleeping area.

Cummins Onan RV QG 3600 propane generator (115 hours). House heating system and the water heater are also propane.

I purchased this van new. It’s been a solid runner and a ton of fun, but it’s time to move on. I’d like to see it in the hands of someone who will appreciate it and put it to good use so please consider all of the negative points I list below before deciding it’s right for you.

This motorhome is 13 years old and shows signs of wear. I will note below all of the known issues that it has. Price is based on these considerations. Front to back:

There are a couple of small nicks in the windshield. Been there for years; no sign of spreading into cracks.

The A-pillar trim pieces (the interior pieces on either side of the windshield) are shedding their finish. Probably from the sun even though we keep the windshield covered.

Air conditioning blows colder on the passenger side. Was diagnosed as a faulty Actuator by a Dodge dealer.

Stereo needs to be replaced. It shuts down intermittently and started draining the battery. I pulled the fuse and was going to replace the system but figured the new owner should choose the equipment they want.

Backup camera is quirky. Lately the screen shows the image upside down. Still functional, but you may choose to integrate it with the stereo and perhaps go wireless for the camera.

There is a small area of the kitchen cabinet that absorbed water and swelled (see photo).

Microwave turntable no longer turns. Oven works otherwise.

Rear bumper is rusty and needs paint. It's a bolt-on four-inch hollow tube where the sewer line is stored.

Note: 2010 is the year of the RV model. The chassis was manufactured in 2008 and this is the year listed on the pink slip and associated with the VIN.
