A rare find! I am the second owner of this updated 2008 DRV Elite Suites TKSB. They just don't make them like they used to. This RV features real wood cabinetry, black granite countertops in the kitchen, bathroom, and stairs, and is built to sustain full time living.

- Nearly full size seperate washer and dryer unit
- 2 a/c units (the one in the bedroom was replaced in 2021)
- A huge island kitchen with tons of counter space and storage.
- Automatic leveling system
- 2 awnings (large front one is automatic)

The water heater has the option of running on electric or gas. 4 burner gas stove accesible with the push of a button, which raises the counter. Small gas oven. Full size fridge/freezer. Tons of closet space, built in clothes hamper, storage under the bed, large underneath storage accesible from both sides. No leaks, roof has been sealed.

When I puchased this RV in 2019, I removed the carpet and replaced it with luxury vinyl "wood" planks, painted the walls a neutral white, and removed the window valances to update it's appearance.

The fireplace recently stopped working and I was told it needed to be replaced. I haven't replaced it, as I want the new owner to pick something they like.

Currently, the RV is empty except for the small white desk/table as shown in the pictures. I included one picture to show how I did have it set up before, but it's now a blank slate and you can choose the best furniture options for your needs.
