This 26ft Class C motorhome with slideout was a renovation project that is partially complete. We reluctantly need to se as we are moving internationally. The RV is priced for a quick sale.

The current state of the RV is perfectly livable and many of the materials needed to complete the renovation are included.

The cabover has been completely renovated with fully insulated paneling with marine grade headlining. LED lighting, storage areas and reading lights with USB chargers have also been installed.

The electrical system has been upgraded with a 100Ah Battleborn battery and Victron Bluetooth enabled BMS and control panel.

The kitchen has been upgraded to include new splashback tiling, and a low profile exhaust vent.

Both the cabover and heads ceiling vents have been upgraded with 3 speed, smoked glass units.

The dinette has been partially upgraded with new headlining, seat covers and flooring.

An Alexa Echo Dot is installed in the ceiling.

New slow close roller blinds are installed throughout.

The entry way shelving has been replaced and includes a dual wireless phone charger as well as USB ports with USB-C 50W power delivery. This can easily run/charge suitable tablets and laptops.

The roof has been completely replaced with TPO as has ply sub surface. All roof mounted items, hatches, shower window, fridge vent, black/grey water vents have been replaced and are protected by industrial TPO with raised curbs to prevent water ingress.

The water pump has been replaced and an accumulator added.

Rubber coin flooring has been across the full width of the entry way, and enough flooring is provided to complete the entry stairway which is unfinished.

Replacement flooring for the rest of the living space has been purchased, but not installed due to time constraints.
