Description

Nearly pristine condition without the "New" pricetag loaded with options! If you've wanted a premiere 4 Season Boondocking Ready rig but don't want to have to drive to the West Coast to get it, this is for you. Purchased in July 2022 and driven from WA to FL on a long trip. Our plans changed and we are staying put and are looking for a good home for our rig.
Tons of extras: Electric stabilizers and tongue jacks, dual battery system (does not have lithium batteries but charger will accomodate them), 175 Zamp solar panel, Zamp charge controller, able to add more panels , AC soft start, digital thermostat, snap pad jack pads on all jacks, Rear receiver and toy lock on front, 12V heat pad for freshwater tank, Maxxair vents (10 speed, rain sensor, themometer) in bathroom and bedroom, 12V HD TV, Winegard Air 360 Antenna, Door side propane BBQ hook up, 12V and USB throughout, Bedroom prewired for TV, 16" Goodyear Tires, Off Road Suspension, Huge Slide out just to name a few.
Sleeps 8 if you've got a big family. Queen bed in front (has a short queen Denver Mattress but the bed is Queen size), Dinette folds down for another 2 people, sofa folds out into a queen for another two and there's bunk beds that are adult size not tiny kid sized.
If you're a boondocker (or want to be) you probably know that Outdoors RV specializes in it. 80 gals of freshwater, 40 gal blackwater and 2x 40 (80 total) gals of grey water. Outdoor shower of course.
For your outdoor living, there's an electric awning with LED lighting, outdoor outlets, BBQ propane hook up and outdoor speakers that are connected to DVD/Stereo player inside that also has Bluetooth if you want to stream you tunes.
Outdoors RV won't just get you boondocking it'll let you do it year round. This 4 season camper is the real deal! We have camped in single digit temps multiple times (both in this and our previous Outdoors RV) and did it comfortably. But what if you live where it's warm? Well insulation works both ways. It'll keep the cool inside in summer. We've tested that in both the high desert and in FL.
That's just the highlights! Check out Outdoors RV website for more info. The only thing that keeps this from being completely pristine is that on our trip we rescued a kitten who put her little claws in the in the "leather" in places. Nothing all the way through so purely cosmetic. That is considered in the price. We also had to replace one of the arms on the awning. Serious inquiries only.
