We have owned this rig for 4+ years and it has been pefect for us. We just bought a house and have decided it is time to downsize. We travel with our adult son who is disabled and with the bunkhouse, not having to make up a bed is the best. Perfect for grand kids too.

The OEM dinette and couch have been repaced by a dual seat motorized theater seat and an expandable table with 4 chairs. I still have the original furniture if buyer is interested.

I have kept up on all of the manufacturer's preventive maintenance and have all the records.
