Good condition Rockwood Roo 19.   We bought two years ago from the dealer and have used about 6 times.   No leaks (we camped in 36 hours of straight rain last summer).  AC, heat, water all work.   There is one soft spot on the floor between the kitchen and bathroom, was there when we purchased and hasn't gotten any worse.   Jack was replaced last year. 
Inspected in May, have title ready to transfer.   Will include Reese WD hitch and sway bars.
