2003 GULFSTREAM 37ft Sun Voyager #8378 with 67k miles. 3-slide outs, huge rear bedroom with electric fireplace, very clean interior but needs interior work. GM 8.1 Vorteck V8 workhorse. Listed about 50% less than similar RVs for $16,500.

The RV top vents and AC covers were cracked, and now are all brand new. The bathroom vents leaked and caused the bathroom floor to become soft. Floor replacement is a simple but lengthy task. The walls and ceiling for the front part, and bathroom are clean showing no water damage. The bedroom, due to the old AC cover, that has been replaced, leaked and stained the ceiling. Also, there was a roof seam that let water down the wall. So, in the bedroom the carpet, ceiling covering, and wallpaper need to be replaced. The roof is solid with no soft spots and the full roof has been resealed so there are no more worries of leaks. Again, there is no moisture smell in this unit. The rear passenger bedroom slide, moves a bit, but does not extend out. The outside graphics are painted, but clearcoat is flaking off. There is no delamination on the sides. Two front TV’s are non-working, but the bedroom TV works, needs a bit of TLC but is priced 50% less than similar RVs. No mechanical issues and drives excellent.
