Sought-after, rare model with theater seating! In pristine condition - like new!

We know you will love our “family friend” just as much as we have, and hope you will take as well care of it as we have done. Not only have we truly enjoyed our camping trips, but we also often get to know other campers because they come over, say that they love our RV and ask to peak inside!

We bought the RV in January of 2020, and have used it for short, local weekend trips here in southern California since then. It has only been driven for 6900 miles, and the generator has been used less than 20 hours total since we prefer to use hookups. We recently replaced both the coach batteries and the Mercedes truck battery, so everything starts and works as it is supposed to. This RV is surprisingly easy to drive.

This model was very hard to find when we bought it, since it is the only Thor Chateau 24 with theater seating with leg rests. We love to watch old movies when we are “glamping”, and really appreciate sitting comfortably while enjoying our wine and cheese.

We just love the layout of our DS model!This RV has two slide-outs. It comfortably sleeps five (cozy partial walk-around bed in the “bedroom”, large Queen sleeping area over the driver seating, and a single bed converted in the dining area). Our four-year old grandson uses his “secret” bed – he loves to sleep on the sofa with the leg rests up. Hence, we have comfortably slept 6 here, but that includes a small child.

The RV has an outside shower and propane connector, a large electrical awning, nice outside led lights strong enough for evening reading, and lots of storage inside and out. We do not have solar panels, but it is wired for solar. The RV has two electrical support jacks in the back that we use when we have the two slides out.

This RV also has a separate shower behind an accordion door in the bathroom area and a practical kitchen counter with burners, sink with cover and a small extender that flips up. It has a Dometic fridge and freezer combination (runs both on propane and electricity) and an advanced microwave. It has a very efficient propane heater and an air conditioner with vents throughout the RV. Tankless water heater, hot water in less than one minute!
