For sale by owner 2019 Jayco Melbourne 24L with 19,000miles. This RV is on the Mercedes diesel 3500XD chassis and is in excellent condition. Features include full drivers side slide out with a U shape dinette, slide out pantry, wardrobe and queen bed. Full bathroom with shower, commode and vanity.  The kitchen has a 2 burner gas stove, convection microwave, gas/electric refrigerator and large sink with flip up additional counter space. Plenty of overhead storage throughout RV along with under counter storage in kitchen and bathroom.  There is additional sleeping space over the cab and the dinette can be made into a bed.  It also has an air conditioner and gas furnace as well as powered vents in the bathroom and living area.  There are 2 televisions, 1 in the sleeping area and 1 in the over head area, both of these are on swivel mounts.  The captains chairs swivel around toward the living area with a small pedestal table that can be inserted between them.  All LED lighting inside.

Outside there is a 14 ft awning with led lighting. There are 2 large storage bays and the water hookup area on the drivers side.  The RV also has a 3600 Onan LP generator for boondocking and is pre-wired for solar panels.  It also has stabilizer jacks.
