Rear living room. Mid bunk room. King bed. Outside kitchen (with grill). New tires. Perfect for a family. 

Living space includes 2 recliners, a 3 person couch, and a dinette. 

Never had any leaks, no water damage, no mechanical issues. Everything works as it should and the camper has been well loved. Our kids are getting older and so we are looking to switch to something more accommodating for them. 
   
The only modification to the camper we made was to remove the jack knife sofa and install a platform for a mattress. We carry 2 mattresses on it and the 2nd goes on the floor, making the kids’ room sleep 3. We have the original sofa to include. 

The camper is 5 years old and is not in perfect condition, but it is in really good shape, especially the inside. Happy to provide any additional pictures you would want. 

Camper weighs under 11,000 pounds and the pin|Hitch weight is just 2,080, making it towable by any heavy duty truck.
