Excellent condition! We have enjoyed many fantastic weeks of "camping" (glamping) in our home away from home. Beautifully updated cabinets, painted walls and decorative faux wood paneling, new awning, new roof and all the bells and whistles. Gas heat, electric fireplace, TV that raises up out of the cabinet by remote. Surround sound speaker system with interior and exterior  speakers. Electric AC system.

InCommand control system - control lights, awning, surround sound, electric slides from your phone. Also, get updates on fresh water, gray water and waste water tanks, water pump, water heater and security lights with the InCommand system. There are quite a few other functions, but we never got around to figuring those out.

Electronic leveling and stablizing system - doesnt get any easier to get set up and start enjoying your trip!

Kitchen features 3 burner gas stove and gas oven , sink, refrigerator  and pleanty of storage. Exterior cooking area features a 2 burner gas cooktop with water and small sink.

Large windows for lots of light and great views. Extra power cords to reach power outlets on difficult sites, choc blocks and leveling blocks included.

300 point inspection when new roof was installed. Photos say it all!!
