This coach is LOADED with about every option you could get in a motorhome today. Look at others then you’ll realize how well built this is. 

Quality construction throughout. Solid cherry cabinets, tile floors, leather driver, and passenger seat with electric adjustments.

Cummins, ISL 425 with no DEF!! Super low miles for a 2008. Side radiator, TOYO tires. 10k generator with  1599 hours. 

Just had all services done on the motor, generator, brand new batteries. New water pump, 

2-TVs,2-DVD players with surround sound

Aladdin systems, cameras, in floor safe

Bath with shower and single vanity PLUS a separate half bath! 


Brand new dual reclining couch, second couch is a sofa sleeper. Accent under cabinet and ceiling lighting. Almost all lights are on dimmer switches to set the mood. 

Three A/C units, Aqua hot 650d system. Dual electric burner and diesel burner.  

Kitchen has dual burner gas stove, microwave, dual sink, Norcold fridge with ice maker. Under counter lighting, tons of storage. 

This is a gorgeous Coach for being a 2008 model. Sure there are a few things that might need done some day but I fix things when they break and hate things that don’t work properly so we keep it in great shape. 

Would be more negotiable with a cash deal but would possibly consider owner carry terms with $100k down. 

We already purchased a new Coach and we hate to see it go but it’s ready for a new owner. We literally just drove it 3000 miles and are in it as we speak!

I have maintainence records since new that total will over $100k. Most are routine maintenance. Some cost was a custom desk and cabinets that we will include. We just added the sofa recliner. 

I am very meticulous and have tried to keep everything maintained or get make sure everything works as it should.

4-new house interstate batteries. Complete Cummins engine and generator service. New, Idler pulley  New house fresh water pump. 


One item that it may require is new awning material over living room only.
