SOLD PENDING PICKUP 5-11-23BUNK HOUSE, NO PETS, NON SMOKERS. very nice bunk house model. we are 2nd owners of 4 years and opening new buisness will not allow us the time to use it. we had the bunk beds installed and custom built form real cherry lumber, excellent build and look. this unit was owned by a surgeon before us from new. he was meticulous with mechaincal maintenance and interior as well. outside of unit has the typical clear coat peeling in spots, tyical for Newmar.
