This Nash Bunkhouse is in great condition. It's been well maintained and went through its last maintenance round summer 2022. Windows and roof resealed, has a new awning, reinforced bumper for bike rack support, new hot water heater. AC/Heater work great. Working radio. It's very clean. Bathroom floor was also replaced summer 2022 addressing soft spot near toilet. Initial install wasn't well sealed and created soft spot near toilet. No accidents. Lots of yrs of enjoyment left. Nash's are built to last because they use marine grade plywood. Absolutely loved it and great for a family looking for a bit more room. This trailer has great light due to the whilte interior and is very spacious.
