We are upgrading to a 5th Wheel so we are selling our 2016 Salem by Forest River travel trailer. Sleeps 9, so plenty of room for the kids plus friends. Has 3 slides, 1 in the main living section, which includes the U-shaped booth table and couch, both turn into a bed. The other 2 opposing slides are in the rear bunkhouse, making plenty of room for the kids or guests. The front bedroom has a queen bed. Ducted roof air. The outside kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, and cabinets. Please note that the outside kitchen slide is not all the way open in the pictures due to being too close to the house. All lights have been replaced with LED bulbs. Remote control operates LED awning lights, electric awning, all 3 slides, and supports. Everything works as it should, including hot water heater, heater, refrigerators (Propane or electric), air conditioner, and outside grill that swings out from the rear bumper. Comes with 2 TVs (34-inch FireTV and small flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player). Has a new battery and 2 propane tanks (30lbs each). Well maintained; winterized every winter and covered when not in use. The only issue is the leather on the family room couch is pealing, we covered it with a blanket.
