It has a expandable Iceco 12 volt fridge / freezer a Life saver 5 gallon water filtration system. Honda 2000 watt inverter generator,Microwave, cassette toilet,led lights fold down table and basin type sink and enough drawer space for the basics. Bed and pillow were custom made and Doubles as a couch. The windows are 1/2 inch lexan with teak flooring. The rig is mounted on a platform that can be raised and lowered with four HD jacks and has a slide out porch that gives access to additional storage space. It can be set on a full size truck, utility trailer or setup as a off grid tiny house. This isn't a family Rv its perfect for one person or two if they are extremely fond of each other. I'm flexible on what equipment can be included. but the 19k price is without the lithium batteries exchanged for lead acid. This setup would still be great for limited off grid and perfect for campground or plug-in at friends house camping.
