The unit is in like new condition. To ensure we are selling unit with no issues, we paid a local dealership, Campers Inn RV in Woodstock, GA, to perform a 195 point inspection. The unit passed all points of the inspection with no noted issues. This 4 season unit is being sold with everything that was included from the factory. The price includes these factory extras: King size bed, slide topper awnings on all 3 slides, Solar Flex System (300 watt solar panel w/ 30 Amp controller & 2000 watt inverter) and residential refrigerator. The unit price also includes a 2nd battery, Furrion rear and side cameras plus Anderson aluminum 5th wheel hitch. The unit is roomy because of opposing slides that provide extra space in the living area and kitchen. The 3rd slide provides extra room in the bedroom and bathroom as the storage space in the bathroom is part of the slide and allows for dual entry to the bathroom. The bathroom is also accessible when all slides are retracted to provide access when traveling.

We purchased the unit 4/15/21. We have pulled the unit 4200 miles. The 195 point inspection was made after our last use of the camper. The only reason we are selling is we have decided we would like to have a bunk floorplan to accomodate our 4 Granddaughters who are getting old enough to travel with us.
