I brought it from the dealer to my counsins RV park where I have had it powered up and climate controlled since. Since I picked it up towards the end of January 2022 I have been able to spend a whopping 8 weeks in it, if that. 8 weeks in more than a year I've gotten to spend in it because of work. I haven't been able to take it on a single trip. What that means for me is that I can't justify keeping it. What it means for you is that it is very lightly used. I was home during Christmas when the temp got into the 20's for a number of days and it did great. I had no problems with the water or anything else, and the heater kept up easily. It's a great unit, and very spacious. Virtually new in terms of use. Roughly 47 months left on the 60 month full warranty that transfers with the unit or take $2500 off the price.
