This is a very well kept RV and we bought it new from Howards RV here in Wilmington, NC. We have meticulously cared for this camper as we planned to use it more this year when we retired. Unfortunately due to some health concerns we need to sell. Since new we were only able to use it four or five times a year and it was allways within three hours from home. Unit has ducted a/c and heat, outdoor kitchen, front awning and living room slideout awning, strong arm stabilisers, power front jack. Includes a 10,000lb Equilizer 4 point sway control system. New as of last fall, new 8 ply tires including spare, new added second 13,500 btu a/c unit for those hot hot days, roof resealed in October, new microwave / convection oven and a great queen size sleep number bed. And because we like our stuff as perfect as possible before we listed it we had the entire outside cleaned and buffed to a like new shine. This unit is smoke and pet free and since I am so particular I have never allowed it to be pooped in! The camper still smells new.
The only things I know of that are not so good is that it has a few small blister spots on the front and the rear corner, thats where it gets all the sun. I would also replace the battery since we have not done since purchase. As you can see I have priced this to reflect these items anda little more. Dont miss out as this is the time of the year to get a good camper.
