Classic is Airstream’s top-of-the-line travel trailer and much lighter than the newer trailors. With a heavy heart, we are letting go of our beautiful Classic 31RB, nicknamed “Freedom”. Purchased in 2020 from the original owner in Ohio. Since purchasing Freedom, we have made several improvements, including replacing the original axles with new Dexter 4,500lb axles with 32 degree drop spindles (which increases trailer clearance by about 3 inches without a lift kit) and includes "Nev-R-Lube" bearings, new brakes and shock absorbers, New Michelin 15” LT tires with metal valve stems, upgrading the 12-volt system by replacing the batteries with two Lifeline AGM batteries, and replacing the power converter with a Boondocker 4-stage converter. We also replaced the original carpet with luxury vinyl flooring, installed an upgraded Dometic Air Conditioner/Heat Pump and thermostat, new folding stairs, and new rock guards. Three FanTastic fans. Rebuilt/upgraded Dometic refrigerator with added fans for better circulation. Outside completely resealed. No leaks. Upgraded shower head. All new LED Soft lighting. Plus more that I can't remember. This trailer was our heart and soul. We really babied it. This one is a MUST SEE!
