2021 Grand Design Momentum 397TH-R. This is the residential model with the residential fridge. This unit has not seen a lot of miles as it’s been used mostly as a weekend warrior. It has only ever been stored in doors. It’s in great condition with no known issues. Generator only has 54 hours on it. Unit has several options included in pictures. I also swapped out the 12 gallon hot water tank for a Truma On-Demand tankless heater which is fantastic. Unit does come with Splendide washer and dryer.
