Forest River FRE 28DS, One owner/ used 1 time/ great condition almost new. if your already into RV's you know there are always some issues.
AC unit communication error, step motor brackett disconnected( motor works- just the arm is disconnected) worn drivers seat from me driving every weekend to keep the fluids moving. May need new batteriers as I dont use it enough or drive it enough to have charged them. Engine battery is fine. the loft bed over the cab, the factory magnets are not strong enough to withstand a bump in the road and the bed drops a little after hitting a bump. The factory installed double magnets but that did not work either. I have installed two support rods. It is now fine no matter how large a bump in the road. As I stated above all RV'S will have minor issues. My issues are not from "use" . Ive never really used this vehicle. It has been sitting since I bought it and have been trying to only maintain it the best a can.
Reason I am selling as my ex and the kids left me/ my mom died from cancer and I took over care of my 99 year old grandmother. I am simply unable to travel and use the RV. I am willing to let it go for what I owe the bank. ($125,000.00 is what I paid new) Its a beautiful RV , I am sorry I can not use it.
