One owner bought new in 2016 and used by our family for weekend camping trips. Has never been smoked in, rented out or used by anyone else. We have meticulously cared for this camper and the inside is like new condition. Outside is also in very good condition without any major damage or cosmetic issues. The roof has been resealed and caulked as needed and exterior was waxed yearly. The interior was thoroughly cleaned after each camping trip and there has never been any rodents or pests inside. All mattresses had waterproof covers on them the entire time of ownership and they are in excellent condition.
