Nearly new fifth wheel! Purchased to live in full time on our land while our house was being built. Used for only 9 months. This rig has only been driven 40 miles-from the dealership to our land. Tires are perfect! Rig is currently cleaned and winterized, sitting in our yard. We never had any problems at all with it. All kitchen cabinets are real wood. Outdoor kitchen has been removed to use cavity for storage. Dinette is disassembled but included. Will deliver within close proximity.
