Like new condition, used only a handful of times and now life has gotten too busy. Winterized and stored in 3rd stall of garage every year. Comes with camping supplies: kitchenware, water hoses, outdoor shower tent, outdoor rug for the entry area, leveling blocks and chocks. Wi-Fi Ranger, Bluetooth stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers, outdoor grill, outdoor shower. Tabs on plates were just renewed in February. Heated mattresses with extra padding added.   Extreme sports package model so it has higher ground clearance than most other campers. This is great for getting a more remote camping experience where there is uneven ground.  We have camped comfortably in 100 degrees and 40 degrees, A/C works great, as does the heat system with heated king and queen mattresses.   Comfortably sleeps 6 adults, but could do up to 8 if there are kids too.
