This is a very nice, 2014 Lance 1985. All maintenance has been done at a professional Lance shop. The exterior is very clean and in good condition. The additional awning over the slide keeps the slide clean and free of debri. The slide out works perfectly. There are four external storage compartments with a storage drawer in the front. The side awning is only 1 year old. Tires have fewer than 3,000 miles on them. It uses two batteries which are kept fully charged by the solar panel on the roof. Those batteries are in perfect working condition as I replaced them 04/17/2023. It has an electric lift at the front hitch. It has four corner leveler jacks. It has an additional door pull handle on the door with an assist handle next to the door. Once inside you will see a well maintained and clean interior. It has a hide a bed fold out couch with a queen size bed. We've added an eggshell mattress pad for utmost comfort. Beneath the couch/bed is another storage compartment. The cafe booth also folds into a double bed. The a/c and gas furnace work perfect as do the fridge and the stove. There are two powerful air vents, 1 in the bathroom and the other, thermostatically controlled, above the bed. Both vents have external covers and can be left open while driving. It has 1 slide out which functions like new. All windows have dual shade covers for visual blockout to give privacy, or total darkening.
