Very well maintained low mileage 2010 Ford Transit Connect. I am the second owner. It was professionally converted into a camper van by instaVan Builds in southern California in the spring of 2021. The build includes a laminate floor, two bench seats with custom upholstery that convert into a bed that comfortably sleeps two adults. Lots of storage in front of the bench seats and under the drivers side bench seat, as well as in the wall nooks behind the seat backs. During the day I store the extra cusions in a interior ceiling hammock. I removeable table mounts between the two bench seats. The build includes a 5 gallon freshwater tank and a slide-out sink with an electric water pump. It has a 100AH AGM house battery that can be charged with the included 220W portable solar panel. A 400W inverter is connected for AC power. A 35L AC/DC fridge is included, which runs for days on battery power alone. The kitchen is in the rear of the van, where a fold down countertop serves as a food prep/cooking area, and a single burner butane stove is included. I am including a cutlery set, two lanterns, a sand mat, tablecloth, and plastic storage container. The exterior of the van comes equipped with a hitch receiver, rear door ladder (for accessing the roof), and a roof rack. The rooftop has been coated with Rhino lining for extra durability. This van has always been very well maintained and is in exceellent mechanical condition. The exterior paint is in great condition, however, I had two small areas touched up where the paint was chipped and the touch-up paint is slightly off tint. It's slightly noticeable, but minor.
