Bought new, selling due to health, length 35, width 8'6", height 12'6", interior height 84", tow capacity 5000lbs, 80 gal fuel tank, fresh water 52 gal, gray 42, black 42, 103 lb propane tank, 2 slide outs w/ toppers, 19' awning w/ light,power leveling jacks, rear and side view cameras, 6 gal water heater (a/c & propane), 12 cf refrigerator ( a/c & propane, 35,000 btu furnace, front a/c & heat pump, rear a/c only, fireplace w/ remote, Yamaha NPS 5500 gas generator (9.7 hrs), Merlin 115w solar, 72x80 king bed, washer & dryer combo. Had 8" crack in front fiberglass repaired after being hit by rubber from truck tire.
UPDATE!!!! JUST RECEIVED RECALL FROM FOREST RIVER ON LIPPERT STABILIZERS.
WILL BE GETTING THIS CHECKED AT LAZYDAYS RV IN WILDWOOD FL ON APRIL 5.
RECALL FROM FORD ON REAR STABILIZER BRACKETS STATES THAT THEY NOW HAVE THE PARTS AVAILABLE FOR REPAIR.  
Update#2.  LIPPERT stabilizer recall was done at Lazydays in Wildwood, FL..  No issue found.
Ford recall completed at Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness, FL.
Replace  4 bolts and 4 nuts.
